"A QUESTION OF SOCIAL JUSTICE IN MODERN INDIA ????????????"


Today we are living in a modern welfare State, where we find ourselves claiming that we have found a developmental road for us and which has led to boom in IT, Hospitality Industry , Banking Sector and Space Technology etc etc. But do you know ?  In Orissa's one of the village named Thuruhburai [Block- Shergarh, District- Ganjan] an
"Orissa Dalit Family" was picked out of the Village because they committed a 'mistake of fact' (according to villagers) that they asked for Rs. 50/ year  for their work of "washing cloths"(as it was Rs. 20/year before). So this is the reason why Dr. B.R.  Ambedkar met Simon Commission and talked about problems of"dalits" because he was knowing that its not that easy to eradicate such social evils from society. Today whatever we say but we surely will not deny the "truth of Orissa Dalit family". Please once feel!!! if we were treated like this, what would we be our reaction?.  Lets explore this problem by following analogy :

We all have forgotten for what our classic intellectuals had created the "dharma" and why with the change of time, civilization new dharmas took birth all for the refinement of humanity and its civilization epochs. The thing is, we "the people" always used and misinterpreted the "art of living" or "dharma" by our selfish and dishonest motive. With the change in quality of  human conduct there was regular need to refine the art of living which kept on preaching the people about the morality and humanity, which is one of the base of life's continuity. But still after knowing all these things, people are looking here and there as if they don't know anything about what is good and then getting swayed in the wrong interpretations of evil mind. No  No This is not the attitude that we need to lean towards but we need to stand for "humanity" . Now the only religion we must think of is "humanity". Every religion speaks of it and motivates you to work towards "goodness", again please don't misinterpret it!!!!!! rather take the meaning towards a purposeful route where its soul can be found and reason of beliefs could be justified.

I remember that during our Graduation time, in the last semester we used to have legal aid and awareness paper. In this paper, we were to make common person understand law. I was given responsibility of dealing with RTI(Right to Information). That day i was quite nervous as how to make it very simple.
